By accessing or using Salify ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Salify is a B2B sales intelligence platform that provides:
Business email finding and verification
Lead search and management
AI-powered email writing
Automated email sequences
Data enrichment
CRM integrations
Chrome browser extension
REST API access
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account
4. Credits & Billing
The Service operates on a credit-based system
Free accounts receive 100 credits per month
Paid plans include monthly credit allocations
Monthly credits reset at the start of each billing cycle
Purchased credit packs do not expire
Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable once used
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
Use the Service for spamming or unsolicited bulk email
Violate any applicable laws (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
Scrape or harvest data from the Service beyond API limits
Resell or redistribute data obtained from the Service
Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the Service
Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm others
Share your API key with unauthorized parties
6. Data Accuracy
While we strive for high accuracy, we do not guarantee that all email addresses found or verified are 100% accurate. Email verification results are provided "as-is" and should be used as guidance.
7. Subscription & Cancellation
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
No refunds for partial months
8. Refund Policy
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if no credits have been used
Once credits are consumed, no refund is available for that billing period

9. API Usage
API access is subject to rate limits based on your plan
API keys must be kept confidential
We reserve the right to revoke API access for abuse
10. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Salify. You retain ownership of your data (leads, lists, emails you compose).
11. Limitation of Liability
Salify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
